The area in and around Johannisholm is ideal for many outdoor sports and activities. The forests, lakes, and hills offer wonderful scenery and beauty. From our campsite and holiday village we offer a wide range of activities. You can either join in the supervised activities or, of course, arrange your own exciting trips. There are activities for all ages, both summer and winter and also special ones for schools, groups and businesses.
Take a wonderful morning walk through endless woods, over raised bogs and past clear lakes. Then maybe in the afternoon a bike ride along narrow paths, and for the evening, paddle a canoe and see beavers in the lake.
The next morning you're on a mountain plateau, 650 meters high, enjoying the stunning views and in the afternoon you’re on an exciting quad safari whilst the children are on the climbing wall and having a go at archery. In the evening there is a wildlife safari for the whole family during which we look for (and often find) moose and other wildlife.
A day later the youngest children join in the pirate adventure, and the older children build a bivouac. This gives you an ideal time to take part in a GPS tour through the beautiful countryside.
These are just a few of the many adventures you can experience in and around Johannisholm. We have a list of all possible activities with Johannisholm Stugby & Outdoor Centre. You will not get bored. There is so much to do you will probably run out of time!
